include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Main Hall\/Kitchen: One Day Rental $500.00 (9am to midnight)<\/li>\n<li>Main Hall\/Kitchen: $45.00\/hour with a three (3) hour minimum<\/li>\n<li>Norma\u2019s Studio (Board Room): $25.00\/hour<\/li>\n<li>Damage Deposit: $250.00 due 30 days before rental date<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation Policy: If cancellation notification is not received within 5 business days of the
